New Telephone System

The Practice is striving to improve how patients and carers contact the Practice by telephone. To do this we have worked with our telephone provider to upgrade to a system called GP Voice.  This is a modern call centre capability that will allow features such as callback (where instead of waiting on the phone you can hold your place in the queue and you will be called when at the front of the queue), and increased management supervision so telephone lines are operated by the right numbers of staff.

We transition from the old to new system on Thursday 5 September at 1200 to 1400, when there will be some disruption to our telephone service. Your fallback is NHS 111.
