First Contact Physiotherapy Team

The award winning First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) team work in the Humbleyard Practice. The FCP team won the “Partnership Working Award” which recognises a team working collaboratively and across team or organisational boundaries to improve services. It was commented that the team “work as a truly cohesive partnership, whose team spirit shines through”.
